Open Label Studies of Soy Kefir Product in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia

Two open exploratory studies were conducted on the effects of SKP on the functional status of patients with CFS and fibromyalgia. The results of both open label studies showed that SKP had statistically and functionally significant beneficial effects on subjects with CFS and fibromyalgia. The results support the hypothesis that the SKP has important beneficial effects on fatigue, pain and vitality among CFS and fibromyalgia patients. There may also be positive effects on mood.
