Research: Major schools of thought
ME/CFS is an illness for which there are a large number of competing theories of cause and best course of treatment. It can be incredibly difficult to keep up with all the latest findings, or to sort out the schools of thought. One site does a marvelous job of this is Phoenix Rising, run by ME/CFS sufferer Cort Johnson. It is a great site to access to get an overall picture of the field, and where research is at currently.
Research: Summaries of specific findings
If you are interested in keeping track of the latest findings in ME/CFS research, a few sites provide good summaries of these. Chronic fatigue treatments keeps a blog with up-to-date research findings regarding treatment protocols, organized by subject or accessible chronologically.
