Treatment protocols

Treatment protocols

There are competing protocols advocated by doctors and medical researchers regarding treatment for ME/CFS. Finding out details of these protocols and the success people have had with them is sometimes difficult. Collected here are links to sites with good, user-friendly summaries of all approaches, and feedback regarding these treatments.

Chronic fatigue treatments.com is a site that focuses specifically on ME/CFS treatment. They offer two ways of finding out what is currently being advocated, as well as sufferer feedback:

A message board focused around treatment protocols people have tried, and their experience of them.

A blog with up-to-date research findings regarding treatment protocols, organized by subject or accessible chronologically.

Phoenix Rising provides a comprehensive summary of treatment protocols used by ME/CFS sufferers. His pages include links to many aspects of treatment, including the doctor’s visit, tips for living, treatment protocols, and managing energy.
